この度は、当施設をご予約いただき誠にありがとうございます。
現在、台風が接近しております。
今回の台風は勢力が強くない見込みとなっておりますが、
万が一下記に該当する場合は、キャンセルポリシーにかかわらず無料でキャンセルを承ります。
【無料キャンセルの対象】
1. 航空便の欠航
ご利用予定の航空便が欠航となった場合
※欠航決定前の日程変更につきましては承ることができません。
※航空便をご自身でキャンセル・日程変更後、搭乗予定だった便が欠航した場合には承ります。
2. 公共交通機関の運休／古宇利大橋の封鎖
チェックイン時刻またはチェックアウト時刻の時点で、公共交通機関が運休している場合（古宇利島の施設をご予約のお客様は、古宇利大橋が封鎖されている場合）

ご予約されたサイトのシステムより「無料キャンセルリクエスト」を行っていただきますようお願いいたします。

〈欠航証明書ご提出について〉

別途施設からお送りするgoogleフォームへ欠航証明書のご提出をお願いいたします。
欠航証明書の確認ができない場合はキャンセル出来かねます。
ご理解とご協力の程よろしくお願い申し上げます。

Thank you very much for booking a stay at our facility.
A typhoon is currently approaching the area.
Although this typhoon is not expected to be particularly strong, we will accept cancellations free of charge—regardless of the standard cancellation policy—if any of the following conditions apply:
【Conditions for Free Cancellation】
1. Flight Cancellation
If the flight you were scheduled to take is cancelled.
*We cannot accept requests for date changes prior to the official cancellation decision.
*We will accept the cancellation if you have already cancelled or changed your flight dates yourself, but the flight you were originally scheduled to take is subsequently cancelled.
2. Suspension of Public Transportation / Closure of Kouri Bridge
If public transportation is suspended at the time of your scheduled check-in or check-out (or if Kouri Bridge is closed, for guests staying at our facility on Kouri Island).

〈For Guests Within the Free Cancellation Period〉

・Please cancel your reservation yourself via the booking website.

〈For Guests Outside the Free Cancellation Period〉

・Please refrain from cancelling the reservation yourself.
*If you cancel without prior notice, we may be unable to waive the cancellation fee.
・For guests using overseas booking sites:
Please submit a “Free Cancellation Request” through the booking site’s system.

〈Submission of Flight Cancellation Certificate〉

Please submit a flight cancellation certificate via the Google Form that we will send to you separately.
We will be unable to process the cancellation if we cannot verify the flight cancellation certificate.
